Celebrating 225 followers on tumblr ( Didn´t know when that happened, but you´re all welcome!) This is a drawing study  I did today, trying to get some interesting lighing situation going on here. Overal I still need to learn to break down complexity to a minimum, but it´s so much fun along the way…however - Photoshop CC, Wacom Cintiq, 1 hour or so… cheers.

Got some time to learn something new in zbrush today, will probably get more into it in the next weeks. Today I learned something about polygroups, curve-line tool, zremeshing, dynameshes and custom alphas. Still way to learn to get the ideas across that I have in mind, but my training in sculptris seems to have paid off in the end - sculpting this little Orc took me about 2 hours. Postwork in Photoshop.

A bit late to the party - I was very busy the past weeks, so I wasn´t able to create something as a tribute to Giger´s passing away just in time, may he rest in peace.
He was a big inspiration to me in my humble beginnings and its still visible sometimes in my work - honestly it was the hardest to get rid of Giger´s influence.
My Skull:z & Idols series got a bit neglected over the past months and I felt there is a need for a change.
I will probably focus more on artists and their respective styles (as with the Kaiju series), so this stylistic approach still fits the bill but is more elaborate than the previous Skull:z, let´s see where this goes;)
